Annville-Cleona School District
All children that will be 5 before September 1, 2016 are eligible to register for kindergarten in the Annville-Cleona School District. You can call Cleona Elementary School at 717-867-7640 to preregister your child. You will be asked to provide your child's name, address, birth date, parents' names and a phone number. There will be an important Parent Information Night at Cleona Elementary School on February 23 at 6:30 p.m. The snow date for this meeting is February 24.
Registration will be held on March 21 or 22. Parents will sign up for a specific time slot on one of these days. Your child will come with you when you come for your appointment. Cornwall-Lebanon School District
Parents/guardians residing in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District with a child who will be five years of age before September 1, 2016, can visit their website to begin the Kindergarten registration process. A parent-only orientation for families with children entering kindergarten will be held Thursday, March 3 at 6:30 p.m. at your child's assigned elementary school.
ELCO School District
If you have a child who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2016, he or she is eligible to be registered for Kindergarten during the 2016-2017 school year. A packet containing all necessary paperwork required for your child to begin Kindergarten in the fall, may be picked-up at either Fort Zeller Elementary School or Jackson Elementary School between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. Or, if you prefer you may download the documents located under "Registration Forms" from their website. It is requested that all forms be completed and returned to your respective elementary school office no later than April 15, as kindergarten screening will occur during the week of April 25-28. Kindergarten registration is Tuesday, March 1 through Friday, March 4 at the Jonestown Elementary School. Age entrance eligibility for kindergarten students is as follows: Students must be 5 years of age before September 1, 2016. Parents of students planning to attend kindergarten during the 2016-17 school year will be receiving information regarding registration. If your child will be attending kindergarten next year and you do not receive information regarding registration/screening by February 10, please contact Jonestown Elementary School at 717-865-3193, extension 3000.
