Hot and humid weather continues, which makes it the best time to visit Rainbow Snow and Ice Cream in Palmyra for a cool treat!
This local ice cream shop, owned by Ben and Ann Sipe, features hand-dipped and soft-serve ice cream along with shaved ice snowballs. You can choose from about 20 flavors of hand-dipped ice cream and around 30 flavors of snowballs. Make sure to try one of their homemade waffle cones or bowls while you're there!
One of my personal favorites is their stuffed snowball which is a combination of soft-serve ice cream and shaved ice!
Another popular choice for Rainbow Snow customers is their peanut butter soft-serve ice cream.
As we head into August, you can visit Rainbow Snow and Ice Cream for their seasonal peach sundaes. September's feature is apple crisp sundaes, which like the peach sundaes, are made with local produce.
