“Christmas on 4th Street” (between Walton & Cumberland) has a new look for 2020 and photo opportunities out front with a decorated family frame and in the yard. Santa Claus will make an appearance Sunday, Dec. 13, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Masks required. Bring your own camera for a photo. Gift bags for the first 100 kids.
