How Plexus Helped My Wellness Journey

By Sponsored Advertising Content January 17, 2018

It started last summer. I had just celebrated a weekend away with my college best friends and came home and stepped on the scale. The numbers staring back at me were not what I wanted to see, and now at almost 37, they were not going to get any easier to change. That next week I had an annual checkup and talked with my doctor about my weight concerns. He suggested the app MyFitnessPal.

Discovering that app was step one for me on my journey of getting healthier. A free app, it's an easy way to get started on a weight loss journey. The free version lets you enter your weight and then set a goal, including how much you'd like to lose a week. It then gives you a calorie goal, and it has a diary function that makes it easy to log your daily intake of food and drink. Just watching my calories alone, I started to see an improvement on the scale and feel better, too.

It was at this time that I started to see friends posting about Plexus and their "pink drink." I did some investigating into the product on their website and asked some questions from friends. Then I ordered my first pack of Plexus Slim.

I add it to 8-12 ounces of water and have that when I wake up each morning before breakfast. Within a week, I noticed an improvement in my gut health*:

Between the app, the Plexus Slim, and more walking exercise, I'm continuing to see the scale moving, noticing how my clothing fits better, and feeling healthier.*
