Fish for Free Days Set for May 30 and July 4

May 17, 2021

Pack your rods, tackle box, some snacks and hit the waterways of Pennsylvania for two special Fish for FREE Days in 2021. These days are a great opportunity to get out with your family and enjoy fishing on the beautiful waterways in Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Fish and Game Commission has designated Sunday, May 30 and Sunday, July 4, as a FREE fishing day in Pennsylvania, where residents and non-residents are invited to fish local waterways without requiring a PA fishing license. Trout/Salmon and Lake Erie permits are also NOT required on these two days.

All other fishing regulations apply during the Fish for FREE Days. For more information, check the Fish and Game Commission's website.
