Champs Performance Training Offers Baseball and Softball Instruction

By Sponsored Advertising Content January 15, 2020

Neither rain nor sleet nor snow will stop your softball and baseball athletes from getting ready for their spring season with the addition of Champs Performance Training on Cumberland Street in Lebanon.

A 6000-square-foot facility, Champs offers baseball and softball instruction for beginners through high school players as well as strength, conditioning, and speed training. Champs houses 3 batting cages, 2 pitching lanes, and a 1200-square-foot weight room with a sled pushing and training area.

They have a state-of-the-art automatic Baseball Pitching Machine called The Hack Attack with a 150 baseball Team Feeder which is used by all MLB teams. This machine throws several types of pitches using real baseballs that once turned on, can throw pitches for 20 minutes straight. Great for saving arms!

They also have a JUGS Softball Pitching Machine for use as well during your training.

Champs is owned by Matt Sanders, a standout pitcher at Annville-Cleona High School and Lebanon Valley College. He has built a staff of other former local athletes who focus on the specific needs of an athlete and develop a customized training session for them. Individual lessons are available in 30- and 60-minute increments and individually or in packages of five.
