4-H Virtual Summer Day Camps and Projects Now Available

Youth ages 8-18 (as of January 1, 2020) are invited to attend one or more Penn State Extension 4-H Summer Day Camps scheduled for July and August. Opportunities for learning about PA Dutch Foods, where your food comes from, computer science, babysitting, fishing, pets, science fun in the kitchen, plant science, garden pollinators, and more are available through 4-H virtual day camp opportunities. 

Each camp will run for 4 days in one week (Monday-Thursday), either morning (9-10:30 a.m.) or afternoon (1-2:30 p.m.). The day camps are FREE to currently enrolled 4-H members, and only $25 for new 4-H members.

In addition, several 4-H Self-Guided virtual projects are available for youth ages 8-18.

July 6-10: 4-H Summer Sewing (for beginner & intermediate sewers) 

July 13-17: Cultured Curiosity 4-H Project

July 20-24: Simple Machines- Engineering Design 4-H Project

July 27-31: Cloverbud STEM 4-H Project (ages 5-7 to work with an adult or teen)


Many educational and fun activities are offered by 4-H in Pennsylvania.
