10/28 UPDATE: As of 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Lebanon County Chiefs of Police have postponed Lebanon County Trick-or-Treat to the rain date of Monday, Nov. 2, from 6-8 p.m. Lebanon City has also announced a trick-or-treat rain date of Monday, Nov. 2.
