Play Mini-Golf for a Cause on June 5

SHIFT (Supportive Housing Improving Foster Transition) is a local nonprofit organization with a mission of demonstrating God’s love to young adults at risk of homelessness, particularly those aging out of foster care, by supporting their transition to independence. 

Founded by Kyle and Jolyn Foltz in 2019, SHIFT aims to provide stable and affordable housing, support education and employment, equip to achieve self-sufficiency and independence, connect to community resources, and encourage spiritual growth. On Saturday, June 5, we invite you to join us for our largest fundraising event to date! 

Shots for SHIFT: 1st Annual Mini Golf Outing will take place at Yogey’s Miniature Golf & Ice Cream Parlor from 9–11:30 a.m. The event will begin with check-in and light breakfast refreshments, including donuts from Fresh Donuts and coffee from Sydney Roasting Co, from 9-9:30 a.m. At 9:30 a.m., gameplay will begin and golfers will enjoy 36 holes of mini-golf, with opportunities to win prizes. 

Following mini golf, each golfer will receive a boxed lunch and can explore our many raffle prizes, including gift cards to local restaurants, tickets to local attractions, a family photography session, and gift baskets from local businesses! There will also be a balloon artist!

Registration for the event is $20 for adults, $15 for ages 3-16, and children 2 and under are free. Registration includes light breakfast refreshments, 36 holes of mini-golf, boxed lunch, prize opportunities, and one complimentary raffle ticket.
