Overnight Camp at Gretna Glen (for children and youth that have completed Kindergarten-12th grade) is an excellent opportunity for growth in a variety of ways. Trying new things, making new friends, faith development, and an opportunity to gain age-appropriate independence are just a few of the benefits of overnight camp.
Each week of camp, we hold 4-6 overnight programs that are tailored to different grade levels. No matter which program campers sign up for, they all experience general camp activities such as boating, fishing, swimming, crafts, games, and archery. As part of our overnight program, a portion of the day is tailored to the theme of that specific program.
Adventure trips like Hiking on the Appalachian Trail, Camelbeach Resort, tubing at Blue Marsh Lake and riding coasters at Hersheypark are just some options available for our youth campers.
No matter what program you choose for overnight camp, camping activities, along with guidance from Christ-Centered Counselors, on 200 acres of rolling hills near Mt. Gretna, is sure to have a positive impact on your camper’s summer.
