Description
Come for food, fun, and friendly competition at Palmyra’s annual ChiliFEST & Chili Cook-Off. Professional chefs and restaurant owners from the area will judge the entries and award the top three Best Chili Recipes. Entrance to the ChiliFEST is FREE. You can also purchase a spoon to taste and vote for your favorite chili to win the “PEOPLE’S CHOICE” Trophy!
Besides the chili for tasting, there will be lunch fare available: House Chili, Hot Dogs, Baked Potatoes, Chicken Fingers, Chips, Drinks and more!
The kids will enjoy games and activities at this event for the whole family!
Feeling brave? Enter our Hot Pepper Eating Contest sponsored by Babe’s Grill House in Palmyra. Yes, participants will have to sign a waiver!
Numerous area businesses are contributing to ChiliFest including: Fabio’s Restaurant, Giant Foods, Lisa’s Café, Blose Printing and Signs, Landisville Farms, Berk’s Packing Company, and Babe’s Grill House. The ChiliFest is coordinated by Gravel Hill UMC, Trinity UCC, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Unity Church, Encounter Church, First UMC, and Palm Lutheran Church. Proceeds will benefit their youth and Missions programs.
