The weather is starting to cool off and now is the perfect time to get outside and enjoy some fresh air!
Here are some of our favorite playgrounds that you may want to check out around Lebanon County this fall. We have a full list of playgrounds in our business directory.

The Myerstown Playground along Route 501 has two different playground areas, separating your Mini Macaronis from your older children. There is some shade available and bathrooms are available near the pool.
Palmyra Playtown on Park Drive has fantastic equipment mostly suitable for the under age 8 crowd. No bathrooms are available, though and there is no shade. The playground is completely enclosed with a fence which is a bonus for many families.
The Avon Playground on 14th Avenue in Lebanon may have the most shade of any playground in the county. Swings, slides, and other equipment will wear those little ones out before naptime. Bathrooms are available.
Families love Cleona because it's shady with a good mix of equipment for both younger and older kids to play. The summer playground program is a favorite, too. Recent renovations to the park include the addition of an Expression Swing (also pictured below, courtesy of StillPlayingSchool.com).
Jonestown Community Park on S. Mill Street is another one of our favorites with playground equipment, a pavilion, basketball court and more available. There is some shade and a bathroom available.
