ELCO Child Care Center welcomes children age 3 through school age to their bright, clean and nurturing facility. The center provides many quality programs such as Full/Part-time Childcare, Pre-school, Prep for Kindergarten, Before/After School and an Exploratory Summer Program.
At ELCO Child Care Center, children develop at their own speed and are encouraged to think outside the box through creativity, imagination, socialization and exploration. Each child is considered an individual and is given goals only to fit his/her own needs.
Owner Serena Moore has over 25 years of experience running a licensed daycare. She and her husband Patrick are hands-on owners and are always available for their daycare families and staff. Prior to opening ELCO Child Care Center in 2008, she had a Family Child Care home that received national accreditation. In 2011, she was named Lebanon County's Outstanding Early Childhood Administrator of the Year by Quality Early Learning of Lebanon County.
ELCO has highly educated teachers with Associate and bachelor's degrees or Child Development Associate certificates. The center is regulated by the Department of Public Welfare and has achieved Keystone Stars status.
